WIN A LUXURY ESCAPE

Eligibility:

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• To be eligible, you must make a qualifying purchase at Wyld Alchemy Toowoomba or Bridgeman Downs between now and 31tST October 2025.
• Employees and immediate family members of Wyld Alchemy are not eligible to enter.
• You must provide your full name, phone number, and date of entry     on the official entry form at the time of purchase.
• Only one entry form per qualifying transaction is permitted.

How to Enter:

• Spend $150 or more in a single transaction at Wyld Alchemy      (either location) to qualify.
• Entry tiers:
  • $150 = 1 entry
  • $200 = 2 entries
  • $300 = 4 entries
  • $400 = 6 entries
  • (and so on in this pattern)
• Gift vouchers purchased     during the promotion period do count toward qualifying spend and      earn entries.
• Transactions paid for using a gift voucher do not qualify for entry — the full amount must be paid via direct payment (card,      cash, etc.).
• Multiple smaller transactions cannot be combined to meet the      minimum spend.
• Cancelled or refunded transactions will void associated entries.
• There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided      each meets the criteria above.

Prizes:

• 1st Prize:     $2,000 Luxury Escapes Gift Voucher

• 2nd Prize: $300      Wyld Alchemy Gift Voucher
• 3rd Prize: $100      Wyld Alchemy Gift Voucher

All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
No refunds or credits will be given for unused vouchers after their expiry date.
Wyld Alchemy gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

Draw & Winner Notification:

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and      drawn on Thursday, 31st October 2025.
• Winners will be contacted by phone using the details provided on      the entry form.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours, Wyld      Alchemy reserves the right to redraw.

Privacy:

Personal information provided for entry will be used solely to administer this promotion and contact winners. Your details will not be shared with any third parties. Wyld Alchemy handles your information in accordance with its privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability:

Wyld Alchemy is not responsible for any lost, late, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or third-party issues that may affect participation or prize redemption.
Wyld Alchemy is not liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations related to the Luxury Escapes voucher or services. All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure the promotion runs as advertised.

General:

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms &      Conditions.
• Wyld Alchemy reserves the right to verify the validity of entries      and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the process or fails to meet      the conditions.

• Wyld Alchemy may modify or cancel the promotion at its sole      discretion if circumstances beyond its control arise.
